RECLAMATION - Instructions 1. Obtain an NRI Recovered Refrigerant Order Agreement, Recovered Refrigerant Bill of Lading, 1. Recovered Refrigerant Tag/Label and containers from either NRI or an authorized distributor. 2. Fill out a Recovered Refrigerant Order Agreement and a Recovered Refrigerant Bill of Lading for each 1. shipment. Fill out a Recovered Refrigerant tag for each 125 lb. and larger cylinder and a Recovered 1. Refrigerant label for each drum. The Recovered Refrigerant Bill of Lading number must be written on 1. each label/tag and the appropriate panel on gray/yellow recovery box for 30 lb., 40 lb., and 50 lb. 1. cylinders. 3. An authorized employee from your company must sign the NRI recovered Refrigerant Order 1. Agreement before any material can be returned to NRI. 4. Fill the containers according to Filling Instructions. 5. All material must meet NRI Recovered Refrigerant Acceptance Specifications. 1. Please see Terms and Conditions for additional information. 6.
